Horton, a national builder with a great track record, this neighborhood’s tropical landscaping, architectural style, create an ambiance similar to that of an island resort in the Bahamas.
Caribbean Village is located just southwest of the intersection between I-75 and North River Road. In this low-density section of Venice, you will mostly find upscale suburbs, churches, and nature preserves, but it is conveniently close to the historic downtown district, the beach, and Myakka River State Park. All your shopping and dining needs are about seven minutes away at the Jacaranda Commons shopping center on Venice Avenue. The recreation center is a major driver of quick sales at Caribbean Village; it offers a resort-style swimming pool with bocce ball courts, a modern gym, and an elegant clubhouse. Many residents enjoy the indoor and outdoor lounging spaces that overlook the water. All in all, acquiring property here is something that smart real estate investors should strongly consider, especially since most properties still have a few years of coverage under D.R. Horton’s warranty.
