Hampton Lakes is a community where you can find upscale homes built on large lots of at least two acres. The neighborhood has been platted for home sites as large as 10 acres to accommodate floor plans such as the Grand Santa Maria, which is one of the most lavish models in Medallion Home’s design portfolio. The energy-efficient homes of Hampton Lakes are built with luxurious extras such as granite countertops, fine laminate flooring, breakfast nooks overlooking greenbelt spaces, his-and-hers master bathrooms, spacious lanais, covered swimming pools, and more.
The nearest shopping centers are University Corner and Bee Ridge Plaza. A Dollar General is located about 15 minutes away on Fruitville Road. Golf players can become members at The Founders, Tatum Ridge, and the Misty Creek Country Club. Driving to the beaches of Siesta Key should take you about 45 minutes.
When the first Hampton Lakes models were completed in 2017, they quickly earned Parade of Homes awards for their frontage and designer kitchens. As with other luxury developments in Southwest Florida, Hampton Lakes has enjoyed solid property value appreciation in recent years. In March 2020, a new three-bedroom home with three full bathrooms and 2,868 square feet of living space was listed for $798K. If you do not mind waiting for a new construction property to be completed, you may be able to move into Hampton Lakes later this year for about $600K, but values are rising quickly.
