The high level of ornamental detail is uniform throughout the neighborhood; it can be appreciated in the common areas as well as in every property.
From crown molding to granite countertops and Tuscan arches to Roman columns, the quality of construction in Sandhill Preserve is bound to win you over. You also have the advantage of numerous lakes and retention ponds providing nice water views. Two-bedroom homes built on 1,963 square feet of living space were priced under $475K in August 2020. Three-bedroom properties with two full bathrooms and 2,106 square feet of interior could be found listed for less than $550K. The nearest shopping center, The Plaza at Market Ranch, is a seven-minute drive down Central Sarasota Avenue, and this is where you will find a large, renovated Publix supermarket.
