Driving west on Venice Avenue will take you to the beach and Historic Downtown Venice in less than 10 minutes. This highly convenient location is in sharp contrast to the overall secluded feeling of the community because it does not sit directly along Jacaranda Boulevard; instead, its entrance is hidden from main traffic behind a greenbelt section.
Verona Reserve listings tend to sell soon after they come on the market. In early 2021, three-bedroom homes start around $375K, but you can find two-bedroom villas listed at lower sales prices. Since 2013, value appreciation has been very good for homeowners in this community.
